Education Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or K3.
Have a General AK3 Certification from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.
Experience Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in large-scale construction projects or government projects.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Field Supervision:
Conduct daily safety inspections in the work area.
Ensure workers use complete and functional PPE.
Supervise high-risk activities such as lifting, work at heights, work in confined spaces, and excavation.
HSE Administrative Support:
Fill in and store inspection forms, logbooks, PPE checklists, and work permits.
Assist in JSA documentation and daily toolbox meetings.
Education and Briefing:
Conduct daily toolbox meetings and briefings for workers.
Educate new workers and contractors on basic project safety procedures.
Reporting & Investigation:
Immediately report all near misses, unsafe conditions/acts, and accident incidents to the HSE Supervisor.
Assist the team in the process of investigating work accidents and taking corrective actions.
Coordination and Communication:
Work with foremen, implementers, safety supervisors, and related parties on the project.
To be the main liaison in terms of direct monitoring of daily activities from the HSE side.

Technical Competence:
Understand national K3 principles and regulations (Law 1/1970, PP 50/2012) and government project standards (Ministry of PUPR, BUMN).
Able to compile and implement HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control), JSA (Job Safety Analysis), SOP for Safe Construction Work.
Skilled in conducting daily field inspections, Identification of unsafe conditions/acts, Near Miss Reporting and Work Accidents.
Understand the Permit to Work (PTW) system, heavy equipment supervision, and management of high-risk areas.
Behavioral Competencies:
Disciplined and brave in reprimanding K3 violations in the field.
Communicative and able to provide simple but effective directions to workers.
Able to work in a team in a multicultural and cross-functional project environment.
