Kualifikasi:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Safety Officer in Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial construction projects.
- Possess a valid Sertifikat K3 Migas Operator issued by ESDM.
- Willing to be assigned to project sites, Bojonegoro, East Java.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and routine safety inspections.
- Verify Permit to Work (PTW) implementation before work starts.
- Identify unsafe acts and conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support incident reporting, investigations, and emergency response activities.
- Maintain daily HSE records and inspection reports.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken is an advantage.
- Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW), JSA, HIRA, and daily HSE monitoring.
- Good understanding of construction safety procedures and emergency response.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to conduct toolbox meetings and safety inspections independently.
