Kualifikasi:
- Min D3/S1 Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Mining Engineering, Enviro Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geology, Mechanical Engineering, Public Health, or other related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of experience in HSE and have certifications (e.g., AK3 Umum, POP, POM, SMKP, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
- Willing to travel frequently and perform field operations in a dynamic, high-intensity work environment.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver safety awareness and compliance programs across mining operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify workplace hazards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Perform regular safety inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring.
- Manage emergency preparedness and response programs, including drills and incident evaluations.
- Provide safety training, inductions, and employee awareness campaigns.
- Prepare HSE reports, including daily activities, audits, and incident records.
- Monitor, investigate, and report abnormal or unsafe operational activities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Soft Skills: Effective cross-departmental communication, assertive operational leadership, high physical & mental adaptability for frequent travel, proactive problem-solving under pressure, meticulous attention to hazard details, and strong professional integrity.
- Hard Skills: Integrated power site safety inspection, high-voltage electrical safety & LOTO enforcement, HIRADC & JSA preparation, Work Permit (PTW) auditing, incident investigation (RCA), safety training delivery, and technical report writing.
