Kualifikasi:
- Candidate must possess min. Diploma Degree.
- Have min. 5 years experience in reputable mining industry at safety supervisor role.
- Proven to hold POP, TOT-L4, AKA3-Umum, SMKP and ICAM certifications (kindly attach along with CV).
- Had fully vaccinated.
- Able to join immediately would be a plus.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Willing to be placed at Wetar Site, Maluku with roster scheme 4 weeks on site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to POH).
- Identify hazards and perform risk assessments.
- Compile safety programs.
- Practice safe working techniques.
- Implement & maintain HSE standards.
- Monitor staff to evaluate if HSE laws are being followed.
- Regularly inspect equipment.
- Establish a cordial & professional relationship with employees.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.
- Standardize health & safety in order to remain consistent.
- Identify hazardous waste (if any) and disposing of it correctly.
- Promote safety initiatives.
- Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
- Document staff information, minutes of meetings & reports compiled for management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good english both writing and speaking.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office: Excel, Power Point)
- Understanding OHS Management System
