Kualifikasi:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or construction industry.
Must have relevant certifications (e.g., AK3 Umum, SMK3, etc.).
Domicile in East Kalimantan and able to join immediately will be an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop programs/procedures in the field of Health, Safety, Environment (HSE). Make and implement improvement recommendations to minimize risks and enhance compliance.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites, equipment, and procedures to identify potential health, safety, and environmental risks.
Monitor the implementation of existing HSE policy programs.
Evaluate and document inspection reports.
Develop and deliver HSE training to employees.
Ensuring that the company and all individuals who are active in the company's environment have implemented HSE procedures appropriately, to prevent hazardous working conditions from arising.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Fluent in English.
Able to monitor regularly about the development of HSE planning and also its management.
Understand the procedures for investigating potential sources of hazards and can examine the causes of incidents.
Able to prepare and help complete reports of work accident incidents.
Able to implement and manage methods taken on work safety.
Strong understanding of safety standards and construction procedures.
Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced project environment.
