Kualifikasi:

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Create Weekly and Monthly plan related to environment and accidents at job site;
Having the responsibility in good safety directives in the field;
Having the responsibility in management and monitoring LB3;
Controlling and create Monthly and Triwulan HSE Report;
Mastering environmental regulations in the mining sector;
Create HSE Performance report and IBPR (Identifikasi Bahaya dan Pengendalian Resiko).
Implementing an integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001);
Create Environment Report;
Responsible to planned and unplanned safety inspections in mining area;
Create Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to work (PTW), contractor safety management system;

Harus punya keterampilan:

Language Indonesia and English
Familiar with Ms. Office (Word, excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Familiar with Safety Reporting, certified POP, Certified TOT, Certified Implementation and Internal Auditor SMKP PPSDM, Familiar and Experiences in investigation report, inspection and observation, make sure IBPR, JSEA, Work permit and SOP
Have good communication, teamwork and leadership skills
