Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Safetyman, Safety Officer, HSE Officer, or in a similar HSE role. Fresh Graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply.
- Possession of a valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3 Umum) certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) is preferred.
- Additional certifications, such as Working at Height, First Aid (P3K), Fire Fighting, Scaffolding Safety, Basic Electrical Safety, Confined Space Entry, or other relevant HSE certifications, will be an advantage.
- Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites anywhere in Indonesia.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable Indonesian regulations.
- Conduct routine safety inspections, safety patrols, and workplace observations to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE procedures.
- Monitor daily construction activities, including solar panel installation, electrical works, lifting operations, excavation, and working at height, to ensure safe work practices are consistently followed.
- Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and verify Permit to Work (PTW) requirements before high-risk activities commence.
- Deliver safety induction programs, toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness campaigns for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and immediately address unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Assist in investigating incidents, near misses, and unsafe occurrences by preparing reports and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, inspection records, safety statistics, and project compliance reports.
- Support emergency response preparedness, fire prevention programs, and evacuation drills at project sites.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and contribute to achieving the company's Zero Accident objectives across all renewable energy projects.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, SMK3, ISO 45001, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), and safe work practices.
- Knowledge of safety requirements for solar photovoltaic (PV) installation, electrical work, lifting activities, working at height, and construction projects will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, well organized, able to multitask, and capable of working under tight project schedules.
- Good communication, teamwork, and reporting skills.
