Kualifikasi:

Holds a bachelor's degree in a related field.
Must have experience in RDMP Jo Balikpapan or oil and gas projects.
Scaffolder must hold a certification from KEMNAKER or BNSP.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Scaffolder, preferably in construction, renewable energy, or industrial projects.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Assemble and erect scaffolding structures to support solar panel installation and maintenance activities.
Inspect scaffolding before use to ensure stability, safety, and compliance with company and legal standards.
Dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently after project completion or as required.
Ensure proper use of scaffolding equipment, tools, and materials in line with safety procedures.
Collaborate with project supervisors, engineers, and solar technicians to provide safe access to work areas.
Monitor working conditions and immediately report unsafe practices or hazards to supervisors.
