Kualifikasi:
- Should have at least 2 to 3 years' experience as a Certified Scaffolder, preferably from the EPC, Oil & Gas, offshore energy, or heavy marine fabrication industry.
- Demonstrated physical fitness, manual dexterity, spatial awareness, and comfortable working at extreme heights and open offshore structures.
- Certified Scaffolder training from recognized international bodies (CITB/CISRS) is a distinct advantage.
- Can join as soon as possible (immediate joiner) to support critical project milestones and yard production schedules.
- Willing to be placed in Batam, Riau Islands on a full-time, site-based assignment.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Erect, alter, and dismantle tubular, modular, suspended, and heavy-duty system scaffolding according to approved engineering drawings, supervisor instructions, and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
- Inspect scaffolding materials, pipes, couplers, clamps, base plates, and wooden boards before assembly, immediately identifying and isolating defective or damaged components.
- Install, secure, and inspect safety nets, guardrails, toe boards, access ladders, and full perimeter planking to prevent personnel falls and dropped object incidents (DROPS).
- Maintain strict personal fall protection compliance, ensuring continuous 100% dual-lanyard tie-off, full-body harness inspection, and proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all elevated work zones.
- Assist the Scaffolding Foreman and HSE inspectors during pre-use platform evaluations, ensuring structural stability before Scaffolding Tags (Green/Red Tags) are attached.
- Participate in daily pre-task Tool-Box Talks, follow high-risk Working at Height Work Permits (PTW), and report any physical hazards, unstable ground conditions, or structural anomalies immediately.
- Handle, store, and clear scaffolding tools, materials, and rigging equipment safely after job completion, maintaining clean and hazard-free work zones.
- Respond promptly to emergency protocols and participate in routine working-at-height safety drills and hazard reporting activities across the fabrication yard.

- Hard Skills: Scaffolding erection & dismantling techniques, Kemnaker K3 working-at-height compliance, 100% tie-off & fall arrest system operation, dropped object prevention (DROPS), scaffolding material inspection, JSA & Work Permit compliance, and elevated platform hazard identification.
- Soft Skills: Uncompromising safety discipline, strong team collaboration, physical stamina & agility, high observational awareness, clear safety communication, and reliable task execution under high-elevation conditions.
