Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a reputable and accredited university.
- At least 4 years of hands-on professional working experience as a Scaffolding Inspector or Scaffolding Supervisor in a construction company, specifically dedicated to Data Center construction projects or high-tech mission-critical facilities.
- Must be fully willing, medically fit, and ready to be stationed at project sites in the Batam area, Riau Islands.
- Must hold a valid Scaffolding Inspector (Inspektur Perancah / Ahli K3 Perancah) certification issued by Kemnaker RI or BNSP.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Execute mandatory initial, daily, weekly, and post-weather event structural inspections of all scaffolding structures, working platforms, suspended scaffolds, and towers across data center construction zones.
- Verify load calculations, structural stability, soleboard placement, baseplate integrity, standards, ledgers, transoms, couplers, guardrails, toe boards, and access ladders prior to issuing official Scaffolding Tags (Green Tag for safe use / Red Tag for unsafe/under erection).
- Evaluate, review, and approve Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and Working at Height Work Permits (PTW) for scaffolding erection, alteration, and dismantling operations.
- Conduct interactive daily Tool-Box Talks, safety briefings, and formal Scaffolding Safety Inductions in both English and Bahasa Indonesia for scaffolders, MEP technicians, sub-contractors, and site engineers.
- Inspect fall arrest systems, safety harnesses, anchorage points, lifeline installations, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) utilized by workers operating on elevated platforms.
- Audit material handling procedures, heavy equipment positioning, and crane hoisting operations involved in transporting scaffolding components to prevent dropped object hazards.
- Lead initial technical investigations of scaffolding near-misses, structural displacements, or dropped object incidents using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), documenting findings and tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Compile, maintain, and present daily scaffolding inspection registers, tagging logs, and weekly HSE safety reports in English to Project Management, Data Center Owners, and Main Contractors.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Soft Skills: Fluent English communication, assertive site authority, meticulous attention to structural details, firm enforcement of safety protocols, proactive hazard identification, and cross-cultural teamwork.
- Hard Skills: Scaffolding structural inspection & tagging (Green/Red Tag), load capacity calculation, BS EN 12811 & Permenaker 01/1980 compliance, working at height safety auditing, HIRADC & JSA verification, Scaffolding Work Permit (PTW) approval, dropped object prevention, incident investigation (RCA), and technical English safety reporting.
