Kualifikasi:

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a relevant technical engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of solid field experience as an HSE Officer, Safety Inspector, or Field Safety Engineer within an EPCM contractor, heavy machinery manufacturing plant, mining services, or power infrastructure construction environment.
Certifications: Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI is mandatory and must be currently active. K3 Pertambangan / Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP Minerba) or Certified Rigging & Lifting Inspector training is a strong advantage. Certified First Aid (P3K) or Fire Fighting Coordinator (K3 Kebakaran) credential is a distinct plus.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Enforce, monitor, and inspect daily field Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices across active steel fabrication workshops, heavy equipment assembly yards, structural erection sites, and port/mining installation fronts.
Review, issue, and supervise high-risk Work Permits (PTW), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) for heavy lifting, overhead crane operations, hot work, pressure testing, working at height, and confined space entry.
Conduct daily field safety walks and technical equipment inspections, auditing welding fume extractors, machine guards, scaffolding assemblies, electrical panel isolation, overhead crane wire ropes, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Oversee daily contractor and trade worker safety compliance through Contractor Safety Management Systems (CSMS), verifying that all fabrication mechanics, fitters, welders, and riggers adhere strictly to approved safety procedures.
Lead initial workplace incident, near-miss, equipment damage, and hazardous chemical spill investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques, logging and tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Deliver daily Tool-Box Talks, pre-shift safety briefings, mandatory site safety inductions for newly deployed workers and technical vendors, and routine emergency response and fire evacuation drills.
Monitor workshop and project environmental performance, enforcing proper hazardous waste (B3) storage, oil spill containment, industrial wastewater disposal, and environmental logbook entries.
Compile, record, and submit daily and weekly site HSE inspection logs, hazard observation registers, equipment check sheets, and statistical safety performance reports to the HSE Coordinator and Project Management.

Hard Skills: EPCM workshop & site safety inspection, technical HIRADC & JSA verification, high-risk Permit to Work auditing, overhead crane & lifting gear inspection, CSMS contractor oversight, hazardous waste (B3) monitoring, incident investigation (RCA), and technical HSE site reporting.
