Kualifikasi:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.
Certified & TKBT 2.
Minimum 3–5 years experience as Scaffolding Inspector in construction, civil engineering, industrial building, infrastructure, or marine construction projects.
Certified Scaffolding Inspector / Scaffolding Competent Person from a recognized institution.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Scaffolding Inspection & Verification: Conduct daily inspections of scaffolding structures across all project locations. Ensure all scaffolds comply with Industry standards, Manufacturer specifications, Engineering drawings, Local and international safety regulations. Inspect Platforms, Guardrails, Foundations, Bracing, Access ladders, Load-bearing components.
Safety Compliance & Tagging: Issue scaffold status tags (Safe/Unsafe/Under Modification). Ensure no scaffold is used without proper inspection and tagging. Stop unsafe scaffolding work and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Coordination & Support: Work closely with Site Engineers, Construction Supervisors, HSE Personnel, Scaffolding Crew/Contractors. Review and approve scaffolding requests (permit to erect, modify, dismantle). Coordinate with scaffold erectors and ensure safe erection practices.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare Daily inspection logs, Deficiency reports, Corrective action reports, Weekly summary reports for management. Maintain accurate records of all scaffolding structures on site.
Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification: Identify potential hazards related to Working at height, Load capacity, Weather or environmental conditions, Improper installation. Recommend solutions and preventive measures. Participate in risk assessments, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
Technical Review: Review scaffolding design drawings for complex structures. Ensure load-bearing requirements are met (e.g., heavy-duty scaffolding for industrial equipment installation). Verify tie-ins, anchorage points, and supports.
Training & Coaching: Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to scaffolding crews. Reinforce proper scaffolding erection techniques and safety procedures. Support HSE team in conducting safety inductions and working-at-height training.

Harus punya keterampilan:

TECHNICAL SKILLS Strong knowledge of Scaffolding design, installation, modification, and dismantling, Types of scaffolding systems (modular, tube & coupler, frame, ringlock, cuplock), Load calculations, platform strength, and stability, Safety codes, standards, and regulations applicable to scaffolding (BS, OSHA, EN standards). Ability to Conduct daily inspections, Issue scaffold tags (Green/Yellow/Red), Review and verify scaffold design drawings, Identify hazards and unsafe installations, Guide scaffolders on safe erection methods. Skilled in preparing technical reports and inspection summaries.
SOFT SKILLS: Strong communication and coordination skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment. Leadership qualities to guide and correct field workers. Problem-solving and decision-making capability. Integrity, discipline, and strong safety mindset.
