Kualifikasi:

Senior High school or its equivalent.
Experienced in Marine and Offshore, or new build for EPC contract.
At least 2-3 years' experience in the same position at Fabrication, Constructions and background in oil and gas industry preferred.
Certifications (Preferred) Advanced Scaffolding Certification (Level 3). NEBOSH / IOSH / General OHS Certification.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Manage all scaffolding operations in offshore and onshore fabrication projects.
Ensure scaffolding works comply with safety standards and project specifications.
Supervise scaffolding supervisors, inspectors, and scaffolding teams.
Coordinate with construction, engineering, and HSE teams.
Monitor scaffolding schedules, manpower, and material availability.
Prepare progress reports and performance evaluations.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Ability to define project scopes, plan, schedule, allocate resources, and manage risks.
Must be able to work independently or Teamwork.
Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.
Strong knowledge of international scaffolding standards and safety practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Scaffolding project planning & management.
Risk assessment & safety compliance.
