Kualifikasi:
  • 5+ years' experience in auditing Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (SMK3).
  • Mandatory Certifications: AK3U (Ahli K3 Umum) from KEMNAKER RI. Certified SMK3 Auditor (KEMNAKER RI). Have a Senior Auditor SMK3 SKP issued by the KEMNAKER RI.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • OHSMS Audit Implementation: Lead the OHSMS audit process (initial audit, surveillance, or certification audit). Prepare an agenda, checklist, and data collection methodology that is in accordance with the client's business sector.
  • Compliance Evaluation and System Implementation: Assess the completeness of system documents (OHS Policy, Targets, Organizational Structure, HIRADC, SOP, CAPA, OHS Program). Conduct interviews, observations, and verification of implementation in the field.
  • Audit Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare a formal audit report with findings (major, minor, observation), and recommendations. Convey audit results to client management in a professional and objective manner.
  • Technical Assistance and Gap Analysis: Provide technical guidance (if in a consultancy scheme) on OHSMS implementation and integration with other ISOs. Conduct gap analysis for companies that are going towards certification or recertification.
  • ISO Integration Audit: Integrate OHSMS audit with other management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001. Manage integrated audits as requested by clients.
  • Internal Competency Improvement: Guide junior auditors and internal consultants. Contribute to the development of audit SOPs, technical guidelines, and the institution's quality system.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Communicative in providing improvement suggestions, coaching, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Expert Knowledge of: 1. PP No. 50 (2012) on SMK3 Implementation. 2. International OHSMS Frameworks (e.g., ISO 45001).
