Kualifikasi:
- Diploma or bachelors Degree.
- Having valid certification in occupational Health and Safety.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and industry standards.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Perform risk assessments and accident investigations to determine causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Organize and deliver safety training sessions for employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Respond promptly to safety incidents and emergencies, coordinating corrective actions.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Familiar with Ms. Office.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Good Communication Skills in English.
- Understanding the Applicable K3 and Environmental Regulations.
