Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s in General Field.
SKA Madya / SKK 8.
Implementation of HSE systems and environmental risk mitigation.
Minimum 7 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in EPC, industrial plants, or oil & gas projects.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Oversee and monitor HSE performance across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with local laws and international standards.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure the implementation of effective control measures.
Coordinate environmental management plans and ensure proper mitigation measures are in place.
Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safety integration in all project phases.
Prepare and submit HSE performance reports to management and relevant regulatory bodies.
Conduct HSE audits and inspections at project sites, ensuring prompt follow-up on corrective actions.
Act as the company’s HSE representative in meetings with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of HSE Management Systems (SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Risk assessment and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) methodology. Incident investigation using root cause analysis tools. Emergency response planning and drill execution. Environmental impact analysis and mitigation planning. Familiarity with EPC project safety requirements and construction safety protocols.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and ability to mentor HSE teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective stakeholder communication and negotiation skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
