Kualifikasi:

Bachelor degree in engineering or any relevant field.
Minimum 15 years experiences.
Project location in Soreang.
Certified in Rigging & Lifting Supervisor/Engineer and Crane Operation & Inspection (API RP 2D, LOLER, ASME B30, or equivalent).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, review, and implement lifting & rigging procedures, method statements, and critical lift plans in line with company and regulatory standards.
Conduct risk assessments (HIRADC) for all lifting operations and ensure mitigation measures are implemented.
Supervise and monitor lifting and rigging activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and lifting procedures.
Inspect and verify the certification, integrity, and proper use of cranes, lifting gear, slings, shackles, and rigging equipment.
Provide technical support and advice to project teams, supervisors, and operators regarding safe lifting practices.
Coordinate with HSE teams to ensure zero-incident performance in lifting operations.
Lead or assist in incident/accident investigations related to lifting and rigging.
Prepare and maintain accurate lifting operation reports, logs, and documentation.
Conduct training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for rigging crews and project staff.
Ensure lifting operations meet both local regulations and international industry best practices.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Expertise in developing, reviewing, and approving lifting & rigging plans, risk assessments, and method statements. Ability to conduct load calculations, center of gravity analysis, sling angle calculations, and equipment selection. Competent in inspection and certification of lifting gear, cranes, hoists, and rigging tools. Skilled in conducting critical lift planning, heavy haul operations, and tandem lifts. Capable of delivering rigging and lifting training/toolbox talks to supervisors, operators, and workers. Proficient in incident investigation and root cause analysis related to lifting operations.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with contractors, vendors, and clients. Analytical and detail-oriented with high safety awareness. Ability to work under pressure in high-risk and fast-paced project environments.
