Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific HSE plans in compliance with Indonesian regulations, ISO 45001, and corporate safety policies.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and enforce corrective measures.
- Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, prepare comprehensive HSE reports, and ensure corrective actions are fully executed.
- Manage Safety Induction, Tool Box Meetings (TBM), and specialized K3 training programs for all site personnel and subcontractors.
- Serve as the primary liaison with government regulators, local labor departments (Disnaker), and client safety representatives on all HSE matters.
- Oversee emergency preparedness procedures and manage environmental compliance, including hazardous waste (B3) handling on site.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Deep understanding of SMK3 implementation, ISO 45001, and current safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and high attention to detail.
