Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree major in HSE/OHS from reputable university.
- Having 'Ahli K3 Umum' Certificate.
- Preferably supervisor in related field with min. 3 years experience in Manufacturing/Automotive industry.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct safety, healthy, and environment audits and on site inspections to identify workplace hazard and unsafe equipment, working practices, or working conditions.
- Investigate accidents, complete or verify accident reports, and liaise with technical specialists and external health and safety authorities to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.
- Educate and train the organization's workforce of safety, healthy, and environment to ensure that they understand comply with the organization's safety and environment policies or standard.
- Implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF, Kaizen and 5S program for each job / activity and on responsibility area
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good communication & analytical skills.
- Able to communicate in English both oral & written.
- Demonstrated strong ability to develop safety, healthy, and environment area.
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF, Kaizen and 5S.
