Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Master’s Degree (S2) in relevant major according to the applied position.
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
  • At least 1–3 years of working experience in the related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply for certain positions).
  • Strong integrity, discipline, and improvement mindset.
  • Willing to be placed in all operational areas of PT. Indoprima Gemilang.
  • Certified General OHS Expert (AK3U or equivalent).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Ensure SHE policies and procedures are implemented across plant operations.
  • Conduct routine safety inspections and environmental monitoring.
  • Identify workplace hazards and ensure corrective actions.
  • Lead incident investigations and prepare reports.
  • Conduct safety induction and training programs.
  • Monitor contractor SHE compliance.
  • Support ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 implementation.
  • Prepare periodic SHE performance reports.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Environmental monitoring & waste management.
  • Safety reporting & KPI tracking.
