Minimum education: Diploma 3 (D3) in Industrial Engineering/Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering) or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a SHE/OHS/Environmental position, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Possession of a General OHS Expert (AK3U) or OHS Officer certification is a plus.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Conduct routine daily/weekly inspections of OHS and environmental conditions in the plant area.
Investigate and analyze the root causes of workplace accidents, occupational diseases, or environmental incidents.
Coordinate the implementation of OHS and environmental training for employees.
Ensure the availability and condition of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety equipment.
Monitor waste, emissions, and other environmental aspects in accordance with regulations.
Prepare periodic OHS and environmental performance reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
