Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Supervise and ensure the effective implementation of SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) policies and programs within the company’s distribution and sales operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments, hazard identifications, and safety inspections regularly across warehouses, distribution centers, and sales offices.
  • Ensure compliance with national regulations (K3 & Environmental) as well as international standards (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001).
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze SHE documentation, reports, and incident statistics, and submit findings to management.
  • Lead and support incident/accident investigations, providing recommendations and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Provide training, safety induction, and awareness programs for employees to promote a strong safety culture.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure SHE requirements are met across all operational areas.
  • Monitor the implementation of environmental management programs, including waste handling, emissions control, and compliance with environmental permits.
  • Travel to multiple company branches in East Java and East Nusa Tenggara to monitor SHE practices and provide support.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations in Indonesia. Proficiency in implementing and monitoring SMK3 (Indonesian OHS Management System) and international SHE standards. Ability to conduct risk assessment, hazard identification, safety inspections, and audits. Skilled in preparing and analyzing SHE reports, accident investigations, and corrective action plans. Familiarity with ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for documentation and reporting.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership and coordination skills to supervise SHE implementation across multiple branches. Excellent communication and presentation skills for training and awareness programs. High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability. Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic distribution environment.
