Min. D3 or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field related field.
Min. 3 years of relevant work experience.
Have General AK3 Certificate & POP Certificate is mandatory.
Preferred to have certifications in Emergency Response, SMKP Implementation Certification (SMKP Auditor Certification) and Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) Certificate.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Implement and monitor SHE programs across operational areas.
Ensure compliance with SHE regulations, company standards, and SMKP requirements.
Identify workplace hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
Conduct routine field inspections and risk assessments.
Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and occupational diseases to determine root causes and establish corrective actions.
Develop, implement, and review emergency response plans.
Monitor the use and effectiveness of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Develop and deliver SHE training, safety induction, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Prepare SHE reports, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
