Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Coordinator, Senior HSE Officer, or Safety Supervisor in mining construction, EPC, heavy civil works, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower. Additional certifications such as POP, SMK3 Auditor, ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, First Aid, Basic Fire Fighting, Working at Height, Confined Space, Lifting Supervisor, Incident Investigation, or Risk Assessment will be an advantage.
- Experienced in coordinating safety inspections, audits, safety patrols, contractor safety activities, incident investigations, and corrective action implementation.
- Willing to work on a roster basis and be assigned to Mining Construction Projects across Sulawesi and Kalimantan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the implementation of HSE programs across all mining construction activities in compliance with Indonesian Occupational Safety regulations, client requirements, and international best practices.
- Monitor compliance with company HSE policies, SMK3, ISO 45001 requirements, mining safety standards, and project-specific procedures.
- Lead daily safety coordination meetings, toolbox talks, safety briefings, and safety awareness campaigns for employees and contractors.
- Coordinate routine safety inspections, safety patrols, compliance audits, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure of findings.
- Review HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Method Statements, Permit to Work (PTW), lifting plans, and other critical safety documents before high-risk work begins.
- Supervise contractor and subcontractor compliance with HSE requirements and ensure all work activities are performed safely and in accordance with approved procedures.
- Coordinate incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), critical risk controls, emergency equipment, and safety signage throughout the project.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE performance reports, safety statistics, inspection records, and management presentations.
- Support emergency preparedness programs, rescue drills, crisis response activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the project's safety culture and achieve zero harm objectives.
