Kualifikasi:

Position Overview: JGC Indonesia is seeking an experienced Site HSSE Manager to lead Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) management for our construction activities at the Tangguh LNG project. This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with Indonesian regulations, client requirements, and JGC's corporate HSSE standards while fostering a proactive safety culture across all site operations.
Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of HSSE experience in large-scale construction or oil & gas projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Provide HSSE leadership and ensure implementation of JGC's HSSE Management System for all construction activities.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations, BP Tangguh requirements, and JGC HSSE standards.
Identify construction HSSE risks, review Job Safety Analyses (JSAS), Method Statements, and Permits to Work (PTW), and develop mitigation plans.
Coordinate emergency preparedness plans, drills, and response procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews for JGC staff and subcontractors.
Investigate incidents and near misses, ensuring timely reporting and implementation of corrective actions.
Plan and oversee mandatory HSSE training and verify qualifications of HSSE personnel.
Engage with subcontractors and the workforce to promote a strong safety culture through toolbox talks and campaigns.
Maintain accurate HSSE documentation and prepare weekly and monthly reports for management and the client.
Recommend and implement continuous improvements and share lessons learned across projects.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and international HSSE standards.
Proven experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
