Kualifikasi:

Min. Diploma Degree from relevant education background.
Min. 5 years experience in Supervisory level at the Construction and Fabrication Activities at Steel Fabrication for Oil & Gas and Subsea Projects.
Have the valid AK3 Umum certificate from Indonesian MOM, and incident investigation (preferably having additional certification: Internal Auditor of SMK3, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
Having hands-on experience in handling the project HSE meeting project HSE program and monitoring.
Willing to be placed in Bintan - Kepulauan Riau.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead, manage, and monitor all HSE activities throughout the project’s engineering, construction, and installation phases.
Develop, review, and implement the Project HSE Plan, ensuring alignment with client requirements, corporate HSE policies, and regulatory standards.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure effective controls are implemented before project execution.
Supervise and support site HSE Officers and Supervisors to maintain compliance with the project HSE management system.
Conduct daily and weekly HSE inspections and participate in management walkthroughs at work sites.
Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and task-specific safety procedures.
Facilitate HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety inductions for all project personnel, including subcontractors.
Lead incident/accident investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and lessons learned are communicated and implemented.
Ensure effective emergency preparedness and response systems are in place and periodically tested.
Monitor and report HSE performance metrics (KPIs, incidents, near misses, observations) to project and corporate management.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters and ensure full compliance with project HSE requirements.
Promote a zero-incident culture and continuous improvement in safety performance across all project activities.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Well knowledge on the Indonesian regulation related to OHS and environmental.
Able to communicate in English both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for fostering a proactive safety culture.
Competent in developing and reviewing Project HSE Plans, Method Statements, and Emergency Response Plans.
Skilled in environmental management, including waste control, emissions monitoring, and spill prevention.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, HSE reporting systems, and familiar with audit documentation and KPI monitoring.
