Has Migas Inspector Scaffolding Certificate
Minimum 5 years experiences as Site Supervisor/Foreman/Team Leader for scaffolding Work (installation/dismantling various scaffolding) in oil and gas industry
Has Confined space certificate and Working at Height (WAH) Training

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Carry out hazard identification, assessment, scaffold risk control;
Carry out inspection and testing of the feasibility of the scaffold;
Design, calculate and analyze scaffolding;
Supervise the installation, use and dismantling of scaffolding;
Carry out inspection, testing and supervision of the hazard protection system;
Carry out supervision of work at heights;
Identify the type of help needed in the event of a work accident and know the first aid kit and emergency response facilities needed;
Carry out supervision of scaffolding safe working procedures; Make reports on the work of preparation, installation, use and dismantling of scaffolding.
