Kualifikasi:

Bachelor of Science in a Technical Field, preferably Health & Safety or Chemical Engineering.
Min 10 years experiences in Process Safety in Oil & Gas, Chemical or Petrochemical industry and plant.
Min 3 years experiences as PHA (HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, QRA, etc) Leader.
Experience in auditing as Lead Auditor and/or Audit Team Member.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Assist with Risk Surveys and Risk Analysis.
Coordinator pf Hazard analysis process and hazop.
Lead the Investigation team in case of a process safety incident.
Maintain compliance with current regulations relating to process safety management.
Conduct internal audits of Process Safety elements such as Hot Work.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technically proficient in all areas of process safety and loss prevention, include Engineering Standards and Practices, Human Factors, Process Safety Information, Process Hazards Analysis Methodologies, Technical Systems Analysis Methodologies and Risk Analysis and Assessment Methodologies.
Understand and experience in Designing Safety Operation Practices and Safe Work Practices.
Fully familiar with Process Safety relevant topics of the following standards: UU RI No. 1 Th. 1970, Keselamatan Kerja, Peraturan Pemerintah No. 50 Th. 2012, Penerapan SMK3, American Petroleum Institute (API 750, API 754, API 521, RP 14C), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA 3132 & OSHA 3133), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Instrument Society of America (ISA), Centre for Chemical Process Safety (CCPS), International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (OGP), Energy Institute, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE).
