Kualifikasi:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Waste Water Treatment Plant operations, preferably in the food & beverage or FMCG industry.
Experience in handling water testing, laboratory analysis, and effluent monitoring.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Operate and monitor Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) to ensure compliance with discharge standards and government regulations.
Conduct regular sampling, testing, and analysis of wastewater parameters to meet environmental quality standards.
Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of WWTP equipment.
Record, maintain, and report operational data such as flow rates, chemical usage, sludge generation, and effluent quality.
Coordinate with HSE and Engineering teams regarding environmental compliance and corrective actions.
Ensure proper handling and disposal of sludge and hazardous waste (B3) in accordance with regulations.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes (physical, chemical, and biological treatment).
Familiar with national regulations and environmental compliance standards (AMDAL, UKL-UPL, B3 Waste, and water discharge permits).
Able to operate WWTP equipment and instruments (pumps, aerators, clarifiers, sludge handling systems, etc.).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and environmental reporting systems.
