Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, or related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in marine and port HSE management.
  • At least 2 years's experience in similar role as Sr Supervisor/Coordinator HSE.
  • Certifications in occupational health and safety or environmental management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Responsible for ensuring that all marine and port operations comply with health, safety. and environmental regulations. This role will work closely with management and operational teams to develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures that minimize risks and promote a culture of safety, also responsible for identifying hazards, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop, implement and maintain marine and port HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of marine and port facilities to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver HSE training programs to educate employees on safe work practices and procedures.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and provide recommendations for corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Work closely with management, operational teams, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with marine and port operations.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, including leading and lagging indicators, to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and vendors to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing marine and port operations: Certifications in occupational health and safety or environmental management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, and proven ability to engage and build relationships across multiple layers of the organization from senior management to site leaders and Operations Crew, and other Stakeholder.
