Kualifikasi:
  • Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1).
  • Male (age max 30 years old).
  • Minimal 1 to 2 years of experience in HSE.
  • Willing to be placed in Kab. Sidoarjo, East Java.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Monitor, examine and improve the overall process and performance of SMK3 in accordance with government regulations and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Identify the need for and application of statistical techniques used.
  • Monitor demand for equipment and monitor the demand, use, maintenance of equipment and work equipment in its functions.
  • Monitor K3 and improve the effectiveness of the implementation of policies and regulations in the department.
  • Ensuring that every HR understands and complies with the applicable K3 regulations.
  • Supporting team performance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Good communication skills and be able to speak and write in English.
  • Have a good knowledge and experience in (SMK3, SWA, SMETA. URSA, etc) audit and document control (JSA, Permit to Work, HIRA Safety report).
  • Have a strong commitment, initiative, leadership and strong willingness to learn new things.
  • Able to work with team.
