Kualifikasi:

Minimum education Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in SHEQ, preferably in the palm oil, FMCG, food processing, or manufacturing industry.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Support and implement company safety programs, policies, and procedures.
Assist in environmental monitoring: Wastewater (IPAL), Air emissions, Chemical and hazardous waste (B3).
Support the implementation of ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Maintain accurate SHEQ documentation and records.
Identify unsafe conditions and recommend improvements.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Ability to conduct: Hazard identification & risk assessment, Safety inspections and audits, Environmental monitoring (wastewater, emissions, waste management), Quality control checks and product compliance, Food safety compliance (HACCP, GMP, SSOP).
Strong teamwork and coordination skills with Production, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering.
Computer literate: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), reporting tools.
