Kualifikasi:

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE, preferably in construction / installation / project-based companies.
Possess a valid General K3 / AK3U certificate.
Preferably domiciled in Bali.
Willing and ready to work on-site / from the office (WFO).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

HSE Program Implementation: Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs across construction sites and manufacturing facilities. Ensure compliance with national regulations, company standards, and client requirements. Support the implementation of SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 systems.
Site & Facility Supervision: Supervise daily HSE activities in structural manufacturing workshops and assembly sites. Conduct routine and special HSE inspections and audits. Ensure all workers and subcontractors comply with safety requirements and PPE usage.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and control risks related to structural fabrication, heavy lifting, welding, and installation works. Ensure high-risk activities are performed under approved method statements and PTW. Stop unsafe work when necessary and recommend corrective actions.
Incident Management: Lead or support investigations of accidents, incidents, and near misses. Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
Training & Safety Culture: Conduct safety induction for new employees and subcontractors. Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and HSE campaigns. Promote a strong Safety First culture across all operational areas.
Documentation & Audit: Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records. Prepare projects and facilities for internal and external audits. Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good understanding of HSE regulations and safety standards.
Ability to conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRADC/JSA).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE documentation systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for safety briefings and meetings.
