Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining, Civil, Environmental, Industrial), Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in QHSE, Compliance, or Management System roles, with at least 2–3 years at a supervisory level.
Proven experience in the mining and/or construction industry is mandatory.
Valid AK3 Umum or equivalent occupational safety certification (mandatory).
Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (mandatory).
Experience supporting external audits, regulatory inspections, and corporate compliance requirements.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervise and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) requirements across all business units and projects.
Ensure effective implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMKP Minerba, and SMK3.
Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal QHSE audits and follow up on audit findings.
Monitor compliance with government regulations, industry standards, and corporate policies.
Prepare periodic QHSE compliance reports for senior management and corporate reporting needs of a public company.
Support external audits (ISO certification, SMKP Minerba audits, and regulatory inspections).
Coordinate QHSE improvement programs and promote a strong compliance culture.
Act as a liaison between head office and project sites on QHSE compliance matters.
Supervise QHSE documentation, records, and document control processes.
Support the implementation of ESG and sustainability initiatives in line with corporate governance standards.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of SMKP Minerba, SMK3, and Indonesian QHSE regulations.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Implementation and supervision of QHSE Compliance at corporate and project levels.
Management and maintenance of an Integrated Management System (IMS).
Planning and execution of internal QHSE audits.
Compliance gap analysis and management of Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Preparation of QHSE compliance reports for management and stakeholders.
Understanding of ESG, GCG, and sustainability compliance for publicly listed companies.
Strong coordination and communication with cross-functional teams (operations, projects, legal, HR, and corporate governance).
Leadership, analytical thinking, and strong attention to detail.
