Kualifikasi:
- Job Location Balikpapan
- Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering or Technology from reputable University
- 3 years working experience in Environment and HSSE

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- She/He will be assigned to zona 8 office in Balikpapan to coordinate with HSSE/ENV team members, sites and other entities.
- Life Cycle Assessment (cradle to grave) study using technical dataets that will be provided by PHM entities.
- UN SDGs annual achievement analysis and coordination with external parties. Innovation programs design for PROPER's aspects (energy, emissions, hazardous & domestic waste, water & wastewater) for five sites Strategy, community involvement and MONEV design of biodiversity conservation for five sites based on SHU's biodiversity roadmap. Annual water audit reports assessment and review for five sites.
- PROPER Beyond Compliance (complex data and documents collection, preparation, analysis and intergration) for five sites as stated in national regulations.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Having Knowledge PROPER Beyond Compliance, ESG Rating, UN SDGs, Biodiversty Conservation, Life Assesssment (Oil and Gas).
- Understanding on community development issues is a plus value.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, analysis and problem solving skills, Ethics driven, Agility target oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in team, ability to work under pressure, digital savvy.
