Kualifikasi:
  • Industry: Cities, Infrastructure, and Industrial Solutions Location: Jakarta
  • 15+ years experience
  • Min. S1 -- > Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering major
  • Experience in Water Treatment Plant, Wastewater Treatment, Industrial Water Treatment
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Manage whole of operations for all our Water Treatment O&M sites
  • Optimize performance of every site, according to the targets from investment team
  • Design standard SOP, management processes, monitoring systems that can be applied to all sites
  • Plan budget for every site
  • including technical performance + client management (billing, payment, etc.)
  • Builda strong team culture within Operations
  • Department, all the way down to operator level in each site
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Has strong technical background but also able to build SOP, management process, monitoring process, etc.
  • Strong man management experience.
  • Strong communication skill -- with team and clients.
  • Able to think systematically.
  • Able to manage multiple sites in different locations (team of 5-15 people per site)
  • Must be able to problem solve independently in technical sense and also process sense
  • Must be able to plan budget and set KPIs for team
