Kualifikasi:
  • Diploma or Degree in any major.
  • Proactive, independent, take initiative and well organized.
  • Have Certification (added value): Basic training of K3 / HSE Awareness. Familiar with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and SMK3 management systems. Experience using digital document systems (SharePoint, ERP, or HSE-specific applications).
  • Experience Min. 2 years in HSE administration / engineering project position.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Job Purpose: Assist the HSE department with data entry, processing, recording permits and preparing relevant reports.
  • To prepare a time sheet for all HSE personnel and to ensure it was signed by the Manager prior submitting to the main office.
  • To prepare the monthly working schedule (roster) for all HSE Personnel and get it approved by HSE Manager and General Manager.
  • To ensure all inspection forms, PTW forms, and other forms (training / meeting attendance and questionnaire, etc.) to be ready for use for HSE Dept.
  • To maintain the scout card register is up to date in monthly basis including the scout card achievement record for all PTUSP staff.
  • To update the yard's statistic boards in monthly basis.
  • To coordinate with HSE Trainer and Environmental Officer to ensure data entering is completed prior to establishment of statistic (KPI monitoring) report in monthly basis.
  • To maintain good communication and setting a reminder to HSE Personnel on their inspection schedule, overtime duties (include submission of application in the Haermes system).
  • To assist HSE Dept in raising Purchase Request and Service Request using globe3 system and to coordinate and following up the request with purchasing and or commercial dept.
  • To maintain and establish inspections schedule under HSE Dept. scope.
  • To maintain the violation register is up to date and ensure all violation forms have been signed and distributed to the main office.
  • To register all PTW in the yard in daily basis and send out the register to all related personnel including operation team.
  • To create and issued gangway access cards to all yard personnel once induction completed.
  • To create and issue confined space token/cards to all yard personnel as required.
  • To create, print out safety signages needed for the yard as well as all the inspection cards (full body harness/life jacket/fire extinguisher/fire hose, etc.) as required.
  • To maintain all records required by the HSE Management system and ensure they are up to date both soft copy and hard copy and ready for auditing purposes.
  • Other duties as assigned by Asst HSE Manager or HSE Manager.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Proficient in MS office applications, especially excel & word.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Able to work in fast and dynamic environment.
  • Technical Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Excel reporting dashboard. Familiar with managing HSE document files both physical and digital. Understand the terms and structure of safety documents in engineering/shipyard projects. Non-Technical Competencies: Neat, thorough, disciplined, and able to manage deadlines. Communicative, able to work with field teams and management. Able to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of audit documents.
