Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Environmental Science. Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
Min. 10 years of experience in QHSE roles within the maritime, oil & gas, or fuel trading industry.
Certified as DPA in accordance with the ISM Code and familiar with maritime safety management systems.
Experience in managing internal and external audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
High integrity, detail-oriented, and capable of handling high-pressure situations related to vessel operations and environmental issues.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
QHSE Strategy & System:
Design and implement QHSE policies that are aligned with national and international standards.
Lead internal and external QHSE audits.
Oversee routine safety training for all staff.
Role as DPA (Designated Person Ashore):
Become the representative of shore management for the safety of the vessel and crew.
Ensure that the vessels used (owned or leased) comply with the ISM Code.
Handle marine accident reports and facilitate incident investigations.
Compliance & Legality:
Ensure that all operations comply with permits and regulations (BPH Migas, Kemenhub, etc.).
Cooperate with relevant authorities for inspections, audits, and permit renewals.
Incident Handling & Investigation:
Lead the emergency response team (ERT) in the event of an accident or spill.
Prepare incident investigation reports and corrective action.
Vendor & Transportation Control:
Regular audit of HSD transportation partners (land & sea tankers).
Ensure all vendors follow the QHSE SOP set by the company.
Harus punya keterampilan:
In-depth knowledge of QHSE regulations, ISM Code, ISO standards, and marine fuel handling procedures.
Strong understanding of maritime regulations, including flag state and port state control requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and report-writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proven ability to train crews and office staff on safety procedures and compliance standards.
Able to develop and implement HSE policies, emergency response plans, and safety drills.
