Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QHSE, preferably in mining or logistics.
- Preferably possesses a valid K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) certificate and license.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE systems and policies.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and investigations.
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards and local regulations.
- Collaborate with site teams, logistics, and contractors to ensure safe operations.
- Lead risk assessments and environmental impact studies.
- Deliver QHSE training and awareness programs.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian and international HSE regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to field locations.
