Kualifikasi:
  • Education Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or Technical fields.
  • Experience Minimum 1–2 years in safety-related work at industrial or energy sector projects (fresh graduates with internships may be considered).
  • Certifications Mandatory: • Basic Safety Training (BST). • AK3U or HSE Officer Certificate (National).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Support Safety Monitoring: Assist Safety Officer/Safety Supervisor in observing daily worksite safety.
  • Toolbox Meeting Assistance: Help prepare and document toolbox meetings or pre-task briefings.
  • Site Inspection Participation: Accompany supervisors during site walkdowns and help report findings.
  • PPE Compliance Checking: Monitor and record usage of helmets, harnesses, gloves, and safety boots.
  • Documentation Support: File and manage safety documents (induction lists, checklists, permits).
  • Training Assistance: Help in the setup and coordination of safety trainings or drills.
  • Accident/Incident Reporting: Assist in the preliminary collection of incident data and report forms.
  • Hazard Identification Actively: identify and communicate unsafe acts or near misses to the safety team.
  • Permit-to-Work (PTW) Support: Support permit validation process and help in monitoring confined space, hot work, etc.
  • Safety Awareness Campaigns: Participate in safety poster distribution, banners, and safety day events.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical Skills (Hard Skills): Familiar with standard HSE procedures (toolbox talk, permit to work, hazard identification). Able to conduct site safety inspections and report unsafe acts/conditions. Knowledge of basic emergency procedures (evacuation, first response). Understanding of basic incident reporting & investigation. Assist in monitoring compliance of PPE usage. Recordkeeping of HSE observations, inductions, and daily safety checks. Support in risk assessment preparation (JSA, HIRA).
  • Non-Technical Skills (Soft Skills): Good communication and interpersonal skills at site level. High attention to detail and willingness to learn. Supportive, disciplined, and responsible. Able to take direction and follow procedures consistently. Calm and proactive in high-risk or time-sensitive situations.
