Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering/Public Health.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.
Must possess SKA (Certificate of Competency) as Construction Occupational Health and Safety Expert- must be currently valid and active.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all construction-related HSE requirements and provide high-level safety guidance to project teams.
Develop, implement, and monitor Comprehensive HSE Plans, Construction Safety Management Systems, and site-specific safety programs.
Review contractor documents Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Lifting Plans, PTW systems, Emergency Response Plans.
Conduct site audits, inspections, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to local and international safety standards.
Support the project management team in identifying risks, developing mitigation measures, and ensuring proper controls during all phases of EPC projects.
Lead or participate in HAZOP, HAZID, Toolbox Meetings, Safety Workshops, and safety coordination meetings.
Provide training, coaching, and capacity-building for HSE personnel and construction teams.
Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, root-cause analysis, and track implementation of corrective actions.
Ensure contractors meet HSE requirements and monitor their safety performance.
Maintain documentation and prepare HSE performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support Emergency Response planning, including drills, scenario development, and equipment readiness.
Promote a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of construction HSE standards, risk management, and project safety requirements. Skilled in developing HSE Plans, Construction Safety Programs, Method Statements, and Safe Work Procedures. Proficient in HIRADC / JSA / Risk Assessment, PTW (Permit to Work) systems, HAZOP / HAZID / Bow-tie analysis, Incident/accident investigation & root-cause analysis. Strong command of compliance auditing, HSE performance monitoring, and data-driven safety improvement initiatives. Understanding of construction operations: civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, lifting operations, and heavy equipment safety.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and ability to mentor/guide HSE teams and contractor personnel. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. High analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong presentation and training facilitation skills. Able to work independently and provide expert judgment in critical decisions.
