Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Scaffold Engineer in EPC, oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial construction projects.
Proven experience in scaffold design, calculation, and engineering control.
Professional certification in scaffolding engineering (CISRS Advanced Scaffolder / Scaffold Engineer or equivalent) is highly preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Design and engineer scaffolding systems in accordance with project and HSSE requirements.
Prepare and approve scaffolding design drawings, calculations, and method statements.
Provide engineering support during scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling.
Review scaffold inspection findings and recommend engineering solutions.
Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and project specifications.
Support construction planning and safe access solutions.
Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and constructability studies.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to scaffolding supervisors and inspectors.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of international scaffolding design codes and standards.
Proficient in engineering design tools and calculations.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Scaffold design and structural calculations (loads, stability, access, and tie arrangements).
Preparation and review of scaffold drawings, method statements, and design risk assessments.
Engineering review of complex and special scaffolding structures.
Knowledge of temporary works engineering and construction safety.
Coordination with construction, HSSE, and client engineering teams.
Technical problem-solving and value engineering.
