Kualifikasi:
- EHS SPECIALIST (Project-Based | Construction).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ HSE/related field.
- Mandatory: AK3 Umum.
- 5-10 years experience in EHS, preferably in construction projects.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Support the development and implementation of the Project EHS Management System, including action tracking and incident reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with legal & regulatory requirements and internal EHS Management System.
- Provide guidance to the Project Leader / EHS Leader to achieve project EHS objectives.
- Support risk assessment processes (HIRADC/JSA) and ensure implementation of appropriate controls.
- Review contractor documents and ensure compliance with safety procedures and PTW systems.
- Support site inspections, audits, toolbox talks, EHS meetings, and training programs.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, ensure corrective actions are closed.
- Monitor EHS performance, prepare reports in English, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Support audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding & proven experience in: SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 9001.
- Good knowledge of: Risk assessment/ HIRADC/PHA, Permit-to-Work systems, Contractor safety management.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) (reporting & communication with client is required).
- Hands-on site experience & strong coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure in dynamic project environment.
