Kualifikasi:
  • Candidate Must have a Masters/Bachelors Engineering/Science or Equivalent degree in Enviromental.
  • Must have 20 years Experience in preparation of enviromental impact assesment, enviromental monitoring and in advisory role and worked as sole expert in similiar capacity on at leasr 2 (two) supply bases or port project of similar nature.
  • Have at least 3 years working experiance in developing countries.
  • Preferably employee of consultant for at least 2 years.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Design Review: Conducting technical evaluation of gas installation design from an EHS perspective. Providing input and corrections to the design of pipe routes, system protection, facility placement, evacuation routes, and emergency response systems. Reviewing technical documents and working drawings (P&ID, layout, detail drawing) to ensure the integration of safety and environmental aspects.
  • Site Supervision: Supervising the implementation of EHS aspects during clearing, trenching, welding, hydrotest, and commissioning. Ensuring that contractors implement PTW, K3 SOP, use of PPE, and gas detection and early warning systems. Controlling high-risk areas such as Hot Tap areas, crossings, crossing facilities, stations, and work near settlements or traffic routes.
  • Environmental Management: Ensuring that management of B3/non-B3 waste, sediment, spills, and landslide-prone areas is carried out in accordance with UKL-UPL. Conducting periodic reporting to DLH, KLHK, or regulators according to the project. Maintain good relations with the surrounding community regarding the environmental impacts of the project.
  • Training & Awareness: Provide EHS briefing and socialization to project teams, contractors, and technical vendors. Prepare site induction training materials, emergency response training, and refresh safety training. Accompany external audits or inspections by SKK Migas or technical auditors.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly EHS reports including field findings, action recommendations, and PTW licensing logs. Keep all documentation as needed for ISO audits and government compliance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Fluent in writing and speaking English is mandatory.
  • Understand the technical design of gas networks, including high/medium pressure pipes, MRS, stations, and city gates.
  • Able to review K3L aspects in design such as Pipelines, tapping routes, signs and protection, relief systems, gas detection, drainage, and emergency response.
  • Skilled in compiling HIRADC, JSA, EMP, Erosion Control Plan, and Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
  • Able to inspect cut & weld work, lowering, backfilling, hydrotest, and mechanical installations at gas sites.
  • Mastering regulations: Law 22/2001 (Oil and Gas), PP 36/2004, ESDM Ministerial Decree on gas installations, UKL-UPL Regulations, and AMDAL for the energy sector.
  • Must have knowledge of enviromental and social issues, initiatives and implementation of mitigation measures related to infrastructure project and port development projects.
