Kualifikasi:
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Biology, Forestry, Mining Engineering, or related field.
  • Certification: ISO 14001:2015 Internal/Lead Auditor (mandatory). B3 Waste Training and Responsible Person Certification (mandatory). PROPER, AMDAL, or RKL-RPL Audit Training (preferred). Minerba SMKP Certificate – Environmental Field. Familiar with online environmental reporting systems such as SIMPEL, INATREND, or SPARING.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the environmental field in the mining sector.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Environmental Regulatory Compliance: Identify all environmental regulations and obligations relevant to the company's operations. Ensure all environmental permits are active and renewed on time. Coordinate the implementation of activities according to AMDAL, RKL-RPL, and UKL-UPL documents.
  • External Environmental Reporting: Prepare and archive IKPLH (Environmental Management Performance Information) periodically. Ensure the completeness of SPARING (wastewater) and SISPEK (air emissions) reporting on time and accurately. Prepare and assist the PROPER audit process or government verification.
  • Audit and Evaluation: Prepare checklists and internal environmental compliance audit programs. Follow up on internal and external audit findings. Conduct periodic reviews of changes in environmental regulations and their impacts on the site.
  • Internal Coordination and Training: Provide environmental regulation education to related departments (Production, Engineering, Plant). Coordinate with legal and permit departments regarding permit renewal. Guide and direct Environment Crew to understand environmental compliance aspects.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical Competencies: Understand the main regulations such as: Law 32/2009, PP 22/2021, PermenLHK, and implementing regulations of the mining sector. Proficient in compiling, monitoring, and managing environmental permit documents: AMDAL, UKL-UPL, RKL-RPL, TPS LB3 Permit, and Wastewater Disposal Permit (IPAL). Master the reporting process: IKPLH, PROPER, SPARING, DLH e-Reporting. Able to interpret environmental quality laboratory test results and prepare corrective action recommendations. Experience in compiling environmental compliance checklists and evaluating the environmental legality of mining sites.
  • Managerial Competencies: Analytical & Critical Thinking to evaluate the risk of non-compliance. Stakeholder Communication: both with government authorities and internal parties (Engineering, Production, HSE). Audit Management: preparing the site for KLHK, ESDM, or third party audits. Leadership to foster a team of environmental officers in the field.
