Kualifikasi:
- Experienced in the same field.
- Preferably have one of PPLB3, PPPU, OPLB3, PPPA, POPAL, POIPPU certifications.
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Forestry, Biology, Mining Engineering, or similar field.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Support in the preparation, development of Mining environmental protection programs in planning, coordination and implementation.
- Prepare JSEA, HIRA and Environmental form procedures and records in accordance with applicable K3L Management Standards.
- Supervise K3L management in every mining activity, including placement, recovery and reclaim of topsoil and soil, revegetation planting, covercrop and erosion control.
- Create and maintain archives of environmental pollution incident reports, K3L investigations, and assist in the management of B3/LB3 in accordance with Mining K3L.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Ability to work in a team, strong discipline, and proactive communication skills.
- Understand AMDAL, RKL-RPL, PROPER, and Indonesian environmental regulations (PP, Permen, KLHK, DLH).
- Able to operate environmental mapping and monitoring software (GIS, digital sensors, monitoring data processing).
- Work in cross-functional teams and coordinate with government agencies and local communities.
- Behavioral Competencies: Proactive, high integrity, communicative, analytical and able to work under pressure.
