Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in the food & beverage or FMCG industry.
Experienced in ISO 14001 Environmental Management System implementation and audits.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervise and ensure compliance with environmental laws, permits, and company standards.
Oversee wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), hazardous waste (B3), solid waste management, and air emission monitoring.
Prepare, review, and submit mandatory environmental reports to regulatory bodies (UKL-UPL, PROPER, waste manifests, etc.).
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
Coordinate and monitor environmental monitoring programs (water, air, soil, and noise quality).
Support sustainability initiatives such as energy efficiency, waste minimization, water recycling, and carbon footprint reduction.
Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments related to environmental aspects.
Supervise and train team members to ensure compliance with environmental procedures and awareness.
Liaise with government agencies, auditors, and third parties regarding environmental compliance and inspections.
Provide reports and recommendations to management regarding environmental performance, risks, and improvement plans.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of national and international environmental regulations (AMDAL, UKL/UPL, PROPER, B3 Waste, and wastewater management).
Familiar with environmental reporting systems and regulatory compliance submission to government agencies.
Good understanding of sustainability programs, carbon footprint, energy efficiency, and water conservation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and environmental monitoring tools/software.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
