Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Forestry, or another relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Environmental Engineer in mining, mining construction, EPC, heavy civil works, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Possess certifications such as AMDAL, POPAL, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, Environmental Management System (EMS), or other relevant environmental certifications. A valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certificate will be an advantage.
- Experienced in conducting environmental inspections, environmental monitoring, compliance audits, impact assessments, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Willing to work on a roster basis and be assigned to Mining Construction Projects across Sulawesi and Kalimantan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor environmental management programs in compliance with Indonesian environmental regulations, client requirements, and international environmental standards.
- Ensure project compliance with AMDAL, UKL-UPL, RKL-RPL, environmental permits, reclamation obligations, and all applicable environmental legislation throughout mining construction activities.
- Conduct routine environmental inspections, audits, and monitoring of water quality, air emissions, dust control, noise, hazardous waste management, erosion control, sedimentation, and biodiversity protection.
- Prepare environmental monitoring reports, compliance documentation, permit submissions, environmental performance analyses, and management presentations.
- Coordinate environmental risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to minimize environmental impacts associated with construction and mining operations.
- Monitor hazardous and non-hazardous waste handling, storage, transportation, and disposal in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures.
- Investigate environmental incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure environmental compliance and timely reporting.
- Conduct environmental awareness programs, toolbox talks, and training sessions to promote environmental responsibility and sustainability across the project workforce.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to environmental performance, sustainability objectives, ISO 14001 implementation, and corporate environmental management systems.
