Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, Agriculture, or a related field.
Minimum 9 years of relevant work experience, preferably in land reclamation, rehabilitation, or environmental management within the mining sector.
Experience in managing stakeholder affairs, including direct engagement with NGOs and community groups.
Experience handling press and media, particularly regarding environmental project execution and crisis communication.
Proven experience in GHG emission reduction strategies and energy efficiency initiatives.
Holds a valid POM certificate.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Manage environmental risks, developing environmental management plans, and overseeing environmental monitoring and mitigation activities during project development and operation phase.
Stay updated on environmental regulations, permits, and licenses relevant to mining operations.
Create and develop an Environmental Management System (EMS), including aspects of compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).
Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with local, regional, and national environmental laws.
Ensuring that all of the company's operational obligations contained in the ANDAL document, Reclamation Plan (RR) document, Post-Mining Plan document, and Budget Work Plan (RKAB) document are implemented and/or communicated with relevant parties.
Develop and maintain comprehensive environmental management plans that outline strategies for minimizing and mitigating environmental impacts.
Identify and assess potential environmental risks associated with mining activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate environmental considerations into decision-making processes.
Implement measures to prevent or minimize pollution, soil erosion, deforestation, and water contamination.
Design and implement environmental monitoring programs to assess the impact of mining operations.
Prepare reports on environmental monitoring results, identifying trends, and recommending corrective actions.
Engage and communicate with community groups, local residents, and indigenous communities to address environmental concerns and build positive relationships.
Liaise and coordinate with Environmental Consultants, external laboratories and environmental services providers.
Maintain a relationship and be on distribution lists with relevant government bodies; the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).
Harus punya keterampilan:
Demonstrated expertise in soil stabilization, hydroseeding techniques, vegetation planning, DAS rehabilitation, and slope protection.
Proven ability to manage large-scale reclamation projects and lead diverse teams.
Strong understanding of local and national environmental regulations.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Mandarin is considered an advantage.
