Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
Possess the certification of AK3 Umum (preferable AK3 Migas and NEBOSH or Certified Safety Professional).
Has at least 3-5 years of experience in oil and gas industries and at least 2 years in HSE Performance Analyst.
Background in developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) related to safety.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Collect and analyze safety, environmental, and security data to track performance, identify trends, and find root causes.
Make sure operations comply with HSE regulations, support audits, and maintain documentation.
Develop and deliver training programs to build a strong safety and environmental culture.
Plan and coordinate emergency drills and security simulations at office and site locations.
Monitor emissions, waste, and resource usage, and support initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
Participate in investigations of incidents, near misses, or security breaches and follow up on corrective actions.
Recommend improvements to HSE systems, benchmark against industry best practices, and support digital transformation.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Proficiency in Safety Management System and Risk Assessment Tools and familiar with Migas and KLH regulatory and ISO Standards to ensure organization complies with regulations.
